Description
A festive homemade jam made with cranberries, strawberries, warm spices, and brown sugar, all cooked effortlessly in a slow cooker. Perfect for holiday spreads or gifts.

- 24 oz. fresh cranberries (about 6 cups)
- 16 oz. fresh strawberries
- 1½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp. ground cloves
- ¼ tsp. ground ginger
- 2 cups brown sugar
Instructions
- Add cranberries, strawberries, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger into the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Set slow cooker on HIGH and cook for 4 hours. Do not open the lid during cooking.
- After cooking, blend the mixture with a blender or immersion blender until jam-like consistency is reached. Do not over-blend.
- Allow jam to cool completely before transferring to jars or containers. It will thicken as it cools.
Notes
You can substitute strawberries with raspberries or blackberries. For a lower-sugar version, use honey or maple syrup instead of brown sugar. Add chia seeds for extra fiber and natural thickening.
